Husband Cohabitating

We were contacted by a lady who was convinced her estranged husband was cohabitating and had left her for yet another woman. She wanted proof of this and also wanted to discover out exactly where he was living

Our client told us that when her husband very first left he was quite sad and apologetic as he felt that soon after 26 years of marriage that they had grown apart and he didn’t believe he loved her any more. He said he required time apart and didn't wish to tell her where he was going. He took a big amount of dollars out of their joint bank account which he stated he required to set himself up in a brand new place to live.

Even though waiting for her husband to return their relationship started to go from amicable to acrimonious. He stopped answering her calls and paid less cash into their bank account. Our client was confused by this and she felt this was very strange behaviour for him and entirely out of character. A friend of hers suggested that he may have an additional woman as a similar factor had happened to her. She also urged our client to give us a call to see if we could help as we had helped her within the past.

We carried out a session of surveillance on her husband and discovered the address he was living at and that there was one more woman living there. We then looked into the address and it was registered in his name along with the woman he was living with. They had bought the property together just right after he had left our client.

We had been able to present our client with all the evidence she required to divorce her husband for adultery. Our client she stated that following the initial shock it all became clear and that her husband had almost certainly been having an affair with this woman for numerous years. She is now ready to move on with her new life.
