Our client had been a bit suspicious before because they constantly flirted around each other and seemed to have private jokes. When she mentioned it to her husband he always told her she was getting silly and that they were just good buddies
. She was really upset and she stated it had taken her a couple days to pluck up the courage to call us. We reassured her that she was performing the correct factor and it could be far better to know the truth.She told us about her situation and we talked about what options she had. As the client knew when each her husband and friend were going out we decided to do a six hour session of surveillance. We followed the husband from function and confident enough he was meeting the friend in a wine bar. They had been fairly intimate with one another and soon after a couple of drinks they went to a neighborhood hotel. They should have pre booked a room as they went straight to the lift and didn’t come back down for some hours.
We were able to offer our client with photographs of her husband and friend together and tell her about their movements over the six hours of surveillance. Our client, even though devastated, was in a position to create an informed choice about what to do subsequent.
Following she had got over the initial shock of it all she filed for divorce and informed her friend’s husband of the affair. Her friend’s husband also filed for divorce. He had had his own suspicions of his wife’s infidelity for quite some time. They're now helping each other get over the entire affair.
